Learn how to permanently delete your Serve account and understand what data is removed and retained.

At Serve (operated by Abracom Premier Services), we respect your right to control your personal information. In accordance with Google Play's User Data Policy, this page explains how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)

You can delete your account directly within the Serve mobile application at any time:

Open Serve Application

Log in to your Customer or Partner account on the mobile app.

Navigate to Account Settings

Tap on your Profile / Settings tab from the bottom navigation menu.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll down and select Delete Account, then confirm the prompt to permanently purge your profile.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request using the form below. Our compliance officer will verify and permanently delete your records within 48 to 72 business hours.

Important Note on Wallet Balances: Please ensure you withdraw or resolve any remaining wallet balances and completed escrow transactions prior to requesting account deletion.
